Did you get RFE’d?

Nope. My wife had her biometrics waived then she got the 24 month extension. Nothing else has happened aside that since we sent in our I751...

She's been in the states almost 5 years now, this is getting kind of ridiculous.

I know the feeling. We got an RFE for lack of evidence, which is crazy as we sent the same kinda stuff everyone else does and we have no red flags. I bet if there were 20 years of age difference and we had to use a translator app to communicate we’d have been approved by now lol

If you got an RFE, then I guess that means someone looked at it atleast??? Lol

Is anyone in this group still waiting or are we the last?

Still waiting as well and have been stuck on "interview is ready to be scheduled "since August of last year.  I actually reached out to our State Representative and even they've been waiting for over a month for a reply from Uscis... our office is MSC.  Anybody know how soon we can apply for an infopass appointment for a stamp?  My wife has the 24 month letter but it's due to expire in October.

You can call USCIS, say info pass, 30 days before your extension letter expires to request a stamp if you have a need for one:

* travel

* new job

* DL renewal.

Hi,

Anyone still waiting for their I-751?
I applied in october 2020.
biometric in July 2021. Since then...nothing...

Applied N-400 in September 2021... biometrics reused. Since then nothing on that either.
Anyone else on same boat?

Yup... waiting since oct '20 still.

We are in the Potomac Service Center which states that there is a 23.5 month wait for I-751's.

We can't even inquire until that time period has lapsed.

We are gonna throw in our N-400 while we are waiting.

Sadly that's actually pretty normal. There's people who have been waiting a lot longer.

We are travelling in December and the extension expires on January 2nd, 2023. When do you guys think we can apply for an infopass appointment and get a stamp?

My wife’s passport expired in April, she just now notified me. Is she supposed to renew it, or does USCIS not care since she’s still a on a green card and waiting for I-751 to be processed?
