Yup. Oct 2020 I751, submitted the N400 in July 22(we should have applied for the n400 earlier.) Waiting for both, USCIS sucks.

Has anyone had their case transferred to the NBC in Lee's Summit, Missouri? Our original I-751 service center was Potomac (YSC) but we were transferred mid September to National Benefit Center MO.

Probably like a lot of other folks in here, our 2 year extension letter is expiring in January. Does anyone know what course of action to take? Thanks

When did you file your N400? We filed ours a couple months ago.

Yup... waiting since oct '20 still. We are in the Potomac Service Center which states that there is a 23.5 month wait for I-751's. We can't even inquire until that time period has lapsed. We are gonna throw in our N-400 while we are waiting.

I checked the pricessing times and Potomac is at 23.5 months. We can't submit an inquiry until November lol.

Okay. I was reading into a transit visa which I thought was different than an actual tourist visa. But thanks!

Nope. My wife had her biometrics waived then she got the 24 month extension. Nothing else has happened aside that since we sent in our I751... She's been in the states almost 5 years now, this is getting kind of ridiculous.

Good day all, My wife and I would like to travel back to the Philippines so she can see her family (she hasn't been back in 5 years) She has a temporary GC with a 24 month extension letter (we have been waiting for her permanent GC interview since Oct 2020) We would like to stop in Dubai and spend 3 days there, does anyone have experience with obtaining a transit visa as a Citizen of the Philippines? Is it easy to obtain? I have been researching it but I was hoping to get some experiences from you all We would fly with Emirates from Orlando > Dubai > Mnl Regards
