YSC

I learnt YSC is still processing those of early 2020. I am YSC too. My biometrics was waived in March 2021, someone told me just go and rest for a long time because YSC is slow with big backlog and are still processing like July 2020. I won't bother myself again. I would be able to apply for N-400 next year March. My extension letter is till very valid.

I sent them photos also, but photo copy them one by one. On the day of my interview I brought the original photos with us. The officer said they seen these pictures in my file already and ask if I had any new documents I would like for the officer to look at.

I forgot to come here on October 9th to wish my application a happy birthday. 🤣 It's over a year old now.

Hi everyone! question to those who applied for Naturalization under 3 year married to USC: on the travel history, employment and addressees, should i also include those that are out of LPR timeline if they’re asking 5 year history? entered on CR1 on Oct 2018, applying under 3 year. Any input would be appreciated!

Just filed and only listed the trips after entering the US on K1. That made sense to me.

Who else went ahead and did N-400? Hopefully it will get us done quicker than waiting on ROC and then doing N-400.

We’re about to file. 2 OCT 2020 filed our ROC, haven’t heard anything since fingerprints were used in 23 Jan 2021. Crazy it’s been over a year and nothing…

Yup still no GC here. October 9th will be the 1 year anniversary of me mailing the package out and aside from biometrics I have not had any other updates.

Has no one seriously posted here in 2 months? Does everyone already have their permanent green card or what?

November 2020 YSC here, ROC still stuck at Fingerprint reuse and applied to case since March 2021. I applied for N-400 in December 2021, "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" Fingerprints reused.

My wife went ahead and filed N-400 back in January.  She has already received the 24-month extension on her green card so she is good through the end of this year. Hopefully something will be resolved before then.
