Congrats to those people! It must be very exciting & stressful.

From what I have read; both on VJ and on other social media sites it seems they are picking up on the approvals and more fairly with many approvals from the end of the year. It's a reassuring thought to someone that has applied in the beginning of the year 🤞

Hope it carries on!

Thank you so much for posting this. I had been checking it everyday but thought they might not upload it. It makes me feel better to see them working on interviews in June but I am curious to know how many were expedited or not but hey at least they were doing interviews thats a great step in the right direction 😊

Despite Covid and a swath of US consulate closings, 34 VJ'ers had their IR-1 Visas approved in July so far!  Good news and congrats!

Even though they are approving visas a lot, NVC is slow and so many consulates are still not open for interviews. Our case has been at NVC for 2 months now and no sign of getting an interview scheduled.this whole process has been a nightmare but we are still hopeful!

i know one of the picks had been expedited. they only process expedites and no regular visas! fyi, as far as i know

USCIS is going through a lot of changes, furloughs because of lack of funding, but even after approved NVC is slow, because they are working with reduced staff. We've been at NVC for 2 months after all our documents were accepted, there is no sign of getting interview date because of all the consulate closings. Very sad. This process is long and torturous!

Looking at the list for June and July 2020, it doesn't look like they've issued any k1 visas at all. Does anyone know if that's the case or am I reading that wrong?
