Sad face is from a K1 visa applicant and so far they are  left in the dark

this is only the start of the phases which are a 3 step phase and we are all wishing (me for the rest of u and normal life) that phase 3 would come quickly

for me i will consider normal when drs and nurses take off the face mask and hospitals reopen

Most of the slides were useless though. Nothing comprehensive. ASC reopen again is contingent on local condition of each location. They did say people can start receiving biometrics up to July 4th for the reopening dates

But they are opening- gotta start somewhere and all the k1s that have been waiting for their biometrics time obtain EAD & GC is headed in the right direction. Don’t expect normal for a long time.... I work in a hospital and we are wearing them in to next year the earliest. First step is a vaccine then major vaccination of the community before masks are even thought to come off.

They are expecting to send up Bio metrics notices at ASC up to July 4th  for July 13th open date ( 2 weeks gap between sending and actual Biometrics scheduled date )

dont think they will allow walk ins anytime this year until the pandemic is no longer an effect
