How long is the wait currently until they send a NOA or even cash the check?

Cashing the check is usually about a week, NOA no clue

Just saw that I have mail from USCIS coming on Informed Delivery! Hoping it’s the NOA since it doesn’t seem they applied fingerprints to my case. 🤞

Here is a breakdown of the 67 (not 64 :)) pages:

  • Cover sheet (1 page)
  • Form G1450 (1 page)
  • Form G-1145 (1 page)
  • I-751 application (11 pages)
  • PR card cop of fron and rear on same page (1 page)
  • Child birth certificate (1 page)
  • Affidavit from 3 family members (3 pages)
  • Tax Transcript for 2017 (6 pages)
  • Tax Transcripts for 2018 (6 pages)
  • 401K Account Statement showing both are on the same account (4 pages)
  • Joint Bank Account monthly statements for 3 months (6 pages)
  • Medical insurance (1 page)
  • Dental insurance (1 page)
  • Life insurance Beneficiary Summary (1 page)
  • Stock and Savings beneficiary summary (1 page)
  • State ID front and rear on same page (1 page)
  • 3 medical bills showing address (5 pages)
  • 3 medical insurance claims (13 pages)
  • 3 family pictures (3 pages/photos)

Ok, his package eneded up being 67 pages not 64.  Still not anything close to 100 - 500 pages.

Good day! I had a quick question. For some reason July 2020 thread is lost to me (unless sit got deleted) so I was going through June 2020.

For these things like 401k statement, and especially the ones you listed with "summary" at the end, did you just print the webpage where it lists dependents, beneficiaries etc? I'm not sure what exactly to send because I don't get monthly statements for this stuff like 401k statement, life insurance statement, stock and savings summary etc. I added my health insurance details and some claims showing my medical insurance covering my spouse's (USC) claims etc.

Also, how important are the affidavits? We never sent one with the AOS packet so I'm wondering if we should this time. Also you said 3 family pics, is that enough? I know pictures don't hold a lot of weight but I had about 20 pictures (~4 pages) maybe I can take some off.

We're planning on sending close to 70-80 pages max not 400+ haha.

Thanks!

AOS:

Hello everyone, I received my NOA yesterday, but I'm not sure if I need to wait for an extension letter or if the one I received is my extension letter. Does anybody here know if they will send anything else?

If it is the NOA, that’s your extension letter. It should say that it‘s your proof of status for 18 months.

I just have a question, hope some one can help out. I don't have to file until next month, as my wife's GC expires by Nov.

We currently live with our mother. Her house. don't have a lease or rental agreement or anything like that. Should we have our mother write an affidavit? that should be helpful right? my wife is currently 5 months pregnant. so would a letter from the doc help too? just wondering.

Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear; you’re at NBC too, right? I don’t know what they’re doing, this whole process is so random.
