Ugg, my NOA date is 4/23. Haven't got any update even no biometric appointment scheduled. I contact with the live chat service, they suggested me to apply the inquiry for not getting notice. Does anyone have the same situation as me or had this problem before?

It depends on where you live. Some field offices are slower due to high volume of cases to be processed, for example Seattle, or NYC.

Hope you get good news soon!

Update:

I765 is Approved and card is being mailed to my wife on 9/22/2020

I131 just went to approved on 09/22/2020 with no biometrics. She only had the biometrics for the I765/I485. Maybe they used those biometrics.

Did anyone take biometrics awhile ago and have not seen their 485 status change to "Ready to schedule for interview"? I got my biometrics down over 3 weeks ago, and my Combo card has already been mailed to me, but my 485 is still stuck at "Fingerprints were taken".

My husband had his biometrics taken on August 12th for his 485. He has since received his EAD & AP. But his AOS is still stuck at “Biometrics scheduled”. He called and asked about it but didn’t get any real answers.

Yes I called about it as well and they just said to wait. It's frustrating because I have friends in the same area that did biometrics way after me and already got "Ready to schedule for interview"

Exactly our situation 😀. And 11 days after  “Interview scheduled “ we finally got “Card being produced” on I-765.

So don’t be surprised of the next update which may be coming soon!

And, as you said, don’t be surprised... so...

I’m not surprised. Our i765 status changed to “new card is being produced” just a day after our i485 status updated to “interview scheduled”. But one thing...

We have to get our medical done! The first one is outdated now. Eeek!! Hope that i485 appointment isn’t for a little bit yet or we’re going to have to really get moving!

I told you so😀👍

My husband also needs to redo his medical. What is worse, all our originals including approved I-130, birth certificates and his immunization record, all those are in the US Embassy in Paris and there is no way we can get them before AOS interview😩

I-131 Case Was Approved 9/22

I-765 Case Was Approved 9/22

Is it "normal" for the I-765 to go from "New Card is Being Produced" to "Case Was Approved"? I guess the next notification should be "Card is in the mail"???

Today I received a text message about a USPS package coming in Saturday and then I got an update:
I-765 Card was mailed to me 9/23 :)

How does one usually confirms the tracking number for this? Just want to make sure this is not another package

I see some of the April applicants are getting interviews for AOS for early October, specially the ones with bio-metrics around the first half of August! hopefully we can get more AOS interviews scheduled!
