Don't worry...lot of people are reporting this today.  It could be the glitch with website.  I also had the similar reaction today, when I noticed that my status changed to Refused from Administrative Processing, however when I saw others also talking about it, I am hopeful that either its the glitch or they're changing it to call it Refused, until they Issue or Deny your visa.   Keep calm and I am sure, you'd hear the long awaited good news, soon.

It is not really a glitch, they just now show refused instead of AP, means the same.

The email replied said:

"Thank you for your e-mails.  Please be confirmed that we have received the documents via S.F. Express.

Please be advised that Ms. XXX's case is still being reviewed

Best Regards,

U.S. Visa Information Unit"

Then the status had turned to REFUSED yesterday (by their time stamp)....anyone had this happened to them?

Dear All,

The consulate had emailed me that they have received the documents required for the 211g regarding to my intent of domicile information yesterday. The status check was changed from AP to Refused the same day, please let me know if it's normal?

Thanks and i am feeling very anxious now...

Don’t worry everyone status changed from administrative processing to refused this morning. I think ceac website uses the word refuse instead of administrative processing but everything else is the same.
