I am trying to see if there is a pattern for people who get transferred to Vermont.

1. Is the petitioner/beneficiary muslim or from predominantly muslim country?

2. Does you case have any red flags (huge age difference, multiple prior marriages etc.)?

Thanks! Hope this isn't a bad new and you get approved fast!

My wife is in Thailand. We don't have a huge age difference and I have never been married

Scary how long the wait this is at Vermont!...

Just starting up this process: i-130

Filed through paper mail in January

Received by USCIS early Feb,2021

Check cashed on Feb,2021,Followed with a case no that starts with IOE×××××××××

Check USCIS online page...Said case was received and process at Nebraska early this week and couple of days later...I called customer service because I have not received NOA1 in mail, Was told case was transferred to Vermont for faster processing but looking at this group, I don't know how that is possible

Case status change again to case been actively reviewed by USCIS...

Looking at this fransfer cases to Vermont..The long wait is scaring my heart out...

At this point,I have to zero my mind for 2022 before getting an approval and is scary.

Thank you!

Waiting for NOA2 since June 2019. It's been a painful wait, to say the least.

I;m sorry to hear that, Hope you get approved soon. Can you please answer the below:

1. What country is the beneficiary from?

2. Is the U.S.C petitioner a naturalized U.S. citizen?

3. Are there any "red flags" in your case that you can think of?

Thanks!

Everytime I get an email notification that someone has posted in this thread i always hope it's good news. But it isn't...

It is so frustrating and sad that March and Feb 2020 filers are getting to  DQ stage at nvc and Oct 2019 filers are still waiting for their approvals  no justice 🤔😔 16 painful months.🙏

Thank you!

I filed in September and got confirmation that I was being processed in Nebraska. When I messaged them and asked a question I found out I have been transferred to Vermont for faster processing time. It seems Vermont is the slowest of all five processing centers. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Hi need help, one of my friend got RFE but they don't have a visa journey account. I said I would ask you all for support. They have their lawyer mailed the response but can they upload the copy of the same response through their uscis account  for faster response or that duplicate the response🤔 any advice ? Or it doesn't matter submitting it again?

This may be a good thing. We got tranferred to TSC just before approval.
Note that our SC was initially Nebraska., then we got transferred to Vermont.

What state does the petitioner reside? -Ours was in Texas.., and maybe that explained why we were sent to TSC, just before approval.

So I thought I'd share an update I got on my October 2019 case. I just found out through my senator's case worker that our case was transferred to field office for an interview; It's been stuck there since July 2020. He told me that USCIS said to wait three more weeks and they will likely schedule an interview. I don't even know, like most of you here, I don't want to get my hopes up, but they giving us a time frame seems like a little hope.

Our senator's case worker has been very proactive on our case and even suggested to call him back if we don't hear anything within three weeks. If you guys haven't contacted your senator/congressman and have been waiting since 2019, it wouldn't hurt to try. Although they can't request to approve your case, they can submit an inquiry on your behalf that will trigger USCIS to look at your case and maybe take some action.
