Hi, have you heard anything back from them about your case? It looks like some people are getting their cases approved faster than others.

Nothing yes you're right it's happening ðŸ™

Hey, congrats on getting something back from them. At least you are past the waiting time. Pray that it all runs smooth for you. I am praying that I get some good news for my case as well. 🙠God Bless

Hi, any updates yet? Did you get approved?

Yes allahamdolillah ðŸ™ðŸ™

Hi Podeena, Did you submit your I-130 RFE online or via mail? I got one and replied online but wondering if i should send through mail as well. They received it 30 days ago and no movement yet

We put on line then after maybe a month or so they approve the petition if I remember exactly so do upload on ceac and IA they will approve the petition.ðŸ™

Did you got your interview date ?

It’s been 17 months after your DQ and still no IL ?

Not yet they're now doing July and rest of Skip May, June 2021 God knows when 🤞

Hopefully with in two month from today you will get your IL inshaAllah.

Assalam o Alaikum was you in Ap ?? After interview did they keep your passport? How long it took to get out of AP
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
