Things will be slower next week. NVC will stay home for MLK I'm guessing.

Who knows NVC employees might take off on Friday to make it a long weekend. They'll skip work using any excuse they get.

Hi everyone, I have a question. When submitting pay stubs for previous months, should I upload each pay stub as a separate PDF file or merge all of them into one file?

We submitted 3 most recent paystubs all in the same file as we scanned them together at the same time

  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

Hi Everyone,

I need to upload my documents on NVC and I was wondering if anyone could help me by answering my questions? 1) Should I upload Marriage certificate and it's translation as one pdf or two separate pdfs? 2) Do I need to upload Tax return and W2s as one pdf or two separate pdfs? I would really appreciate your suggestions.

Regards,

Mohib

Hi Mohib,

On Q2, we submitted our W2s and Returns in separate PDFs and they were accepted.

AOS September 11, but civil 11/26. So I guess 11/26 is what counts. Tomorrow 7 weeks.

Yes. They gonna count from 11/26

If they finally really came back to work you gonna probably hear from them next week or early the week after .

I am at 43 days waiting since resubmission  and still nothing too ..
