I just got an email from NVC saying my case is under review for applicability of the Child Status Protection Act. I'm confused bc I'm filing for my spouse/husband, and he's 25. We filed when we were 24. So I'm just wondering if this will take even longer to get our case complete and has this happened to anyone else before??

On May 4, 2019, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number Xxxxxxxxxxxssxx was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.
