@Greenbaum I personally want to thank you for setting up all this documents and threads on here, very helpful.

Do you happen to have Guatemala's P3 letters etc?

YW. I do not have a copy of the P3 from Guatemala but what I do have is a link to their website. When you get a copy would you share it with me as I will use it to help others who come after you. Thanks.

I just checked status online and confirmed my I129F petition has been approved. My NOA1 date was September 30. I am a little unsure what to do next. Petitioner hasn't received physical NOA2 as yet but any country specific information on next step would be great.

Thank you very much. I have a question, not sure if this is right place to pose question. Petitioner makes needed amount to be sponsor but 2019 is her first year working so will only have one W2 and this years tax information. She also has 15,000 in assets. Will we still need a co-sponsor?

That all depends on the CO and the embassy. Each embassy uses this information differently. I have seen some who are way above the poverty line in earnings and they have gotten 221(g) from their interview for more financial documentation. Other embassy's don't even ask for the financials.

If the petitioner's earning are well above the poverty guidelines then I would say your ok. But, if they are border line then I'd recommend that you have a co=sponsor. You might ask that question in the sub-forum for your regional area here on VJ and get input from others who have interviewed and what their take is.

@Greenbaum Thanks for your help and information.

Wanted to check with you if you have P3 for Nepal?

Embassy Instructions

https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/KDU - Kathmandu.pdf

The US Embassy Nepal web page

https://np.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Website where instructions can be accessed

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/np/np-iv-kvisa.asp

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

I was trying to fill out the 1-864 Affidavit of support in the mean time while I get the notification from NVC.

I noticed that under information for the immigrant, it asks for A-number. On the NOA2 my fiance was given an Alien number should I put that one there? or should I leave it blank?

You complete the I-134 for the interview.  I-864 is for AOS after marriage.

Hello group! Congratulations on your NOA2!

I have a question... What exactly is a package 3 or 4? Is that an e-mail you should get with instructions from the embassy or is it the documentation needed for the interview?

I am Venezuelan🇻🇪, but less than a year ago the American embassy closed because of political issues. Now, all Venezuelan cases are going to be treated in Bogota, Colombia🇨🇴. So I'm not sure which instructions I should follow... This an stressful situation for Venezuelans do to all the traveling and logistics, but we will survive hopefully!!💕

I am trying to follow link to sign up for emails from NVC however link simply shows where I should ask a question. Is it that I should just note that I wish to be contacted via email or am I viewing incorrect page?

Your are viewing the right page but not following the directions as written. Go back and reread the ODF and do exactly what it instructs you to do.
