  1. Also I am having a repeated error when trying to download copy of DS-160. Has anyone else had this?
  2. Does this mean I can now go ahead and make appointment? My Ds 160 has been completed
  3. I guess i am having a moment of insanity because I reread and I am still a little lost. I am at this link https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html. What should I enter into section that requires question. Sorry if I am being difficult.
  4. I am trying to follow link to sign up for emails from NVC however link simply shows where I should ask a question. Is it that I should just note that I wish to be contacted via email or am I viewing incorrect page?
  5. I just received my NOA2 and I am planning for the future process now. The petitioner just finished her first year of working and would have made the 125% of Poverty line. She does not have 3 years earnings to show and about $15000 in Savings. How much attention is normally paid to this in Jamaica and is a co sponsor necessary?
  6. Thank you very much. I have a question, not sure if this is right place to pose question. Petitioner makes needed amount to be sponsor but 2019 is her first year working so will only have one W2 and this years tax information. She also has 15,000 in assets. Will we still need a co-sponsor?
  7. I just checked status online and confirmed my I129F petition has been approved. My NOA1 date was September 30. I am a little unsure what to do next. Petitioner hasn't received physical NOA2 as yet but any country specific information on next step would be great.
  8. Do I have to provide another sponsor at this point or can the I-129 be filed now and a sponsor added after? I am not sure at what stage income has to be proven. Forgive my ignorance please. I am hoping/expecting that she will be a better paying job by then as she has just completed school plus that will give us time to get a sponsor which should not be a problem.
  9. I just realized that I made that sound really awkward. She lives with her family now but has no dependents. Her mom has already indicated her willingness to assist in purchasing an apartment. I will be taking up savings with me so that would cover all costs related to AOS fees and mortgages for at least 6 months.
  10. Hi guys, Very new here. I am trying to migrate from Jamaica on a K1. Currently my fiance resides in North Carolina, based on her current rate of earning(not Salaried) she will be earning about $18,000 this year which meets the income requirement. However this is her first real job and as such she will have no previous Income tax filings to support this. Also she currently lives with a family of 4 but we intend to get our own place when the K1 Visa is approved. I have two related questions. 1. Will the lack of previous income tax returns pose a challenge for our application or can we go ahead and file I-129F? For the record she has over $10,000 in savings as well. 2. On the I-129F where it asks for address that we will be living in states. Can she put her current address or will that be an issue since that household is currently a 4 person household?
