When NVC receives the approved I-129f from USCIS, They check to ensure that it’s been stamped. Occasionally NVC will receive a petition from USCIS and it does not have the appropriate approval stamp in the upper left-hand corner. NVC is also checking to make sure that the three criminal questions have been answered. NVC noted that there are times when the petitioner will forget to complete those questions and those questions are subsequently missed by the adjudicator.  In both of these instances, the case will then be sent back to USCIS. If one of these things occur NVC would know within the first week of receiving the case. USCIS will review your case and re-certify once everything is corrected. So, the answer is no the NVC does not issue RFE's but they will do what I outlined above.

Manila US Embassy states that a scanned copy of the signed I-134 is fine, if you don't have the original.

Hey @Greenbaum, quick question for you.  Where it states "NOA2 receipt number and WAC number." I am assuming these are two separate numbers and that I will receive the NOA2 receipt number when I receive the hardcopy?

You will find the receipt number is in the upper left hand side of the NOA2 as well as the A-number above the beneficiary's name. This will be on the hardcopy of the NOA2.

I heard someone mentioned it, so how about if I want to use different sponsor. Like the sponsor I will use on I134 form won't be the same I will use on I864 form

Yes you can use a different sponsor for each AOS; interview and green card.

The form I-134 states “the following persons are dependent on me for support”.
Does my fiance needs only to state names of  those people claimed on his last tax return?
Does he needs to list me as dependent person?

 

Please can someone with previous experience assist.

Or am I, as the beneficiary fiance of the K-1, not considered a dependent person at the time of filing the i-134 ?

Another one question For I134 Form.
Question #38, regarding contributions, is it valid the following instruction: 

 

"You leave the yes/no boxes "unchecked" and your explanation is submitted in Part 7 on page 8 of the new form, as follows":

 

3.a. "Page 4"

3.b. "Part Number 3"

3.c. "Item Number 38"

3.d. "N/A (K1 Visa Process For Permanent Residence)"
