Hi all,

I hope you’re all well.

this is possibly going to sound really silly but we filed online back in June of this year and as yet we have not seen any movement.

My husband filed the form along with affidavits of support and also our sons birth certificate etc.
We don’t have joint bank accounts (we tried to do so after we were married at Chase but they said no go as I don’t have a US address)

My question is, do we need to attach proof of relationship, online it doesn’t seem to ask for this. And we didn’t attach anything like photos etc. Just our official documents as it asked for on the form.

apologies if this seems like a silly question but we are now worried if we should have added more.

thanks

How come you were not able to get added as an authorized user on your husband’s chase account?? Its been said over here that Chase does allow to be added without SS#....Now I am confused....

hey all,

my PD is July 16th, 2021 and my first NOA1 was received from Texas. I inquired through Ask Emma twice yesterday (talked to a live agent) and these are the responses I got.

1. Agent confirmed that my case is being processed at National Benefit Center in Missouri. When I asked how is it possible that an i130 applications is being processed at NBC, the agent told me that they cant answer anything related to i130 and I would have to start a new chat. Even though the receipt I provided was for my i130 application....

2. Tried again. This time when I provided the receipt and asked the same question. "Where is my i130 application being processed". The agent replied back saying to call the contact center since they cannot answer this through live chat.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!

Advice please!

I applied end of may, still waiting, applied online and got noa 1.

my wife is in India

I see people on facebook submitted 130 online and taking too long

so they sent in K3 or 129F mailed it in and they got a quicker response.

Any idea about that?

What service center are you with?

Nebraska then switched to Potomac

I have seen case getting approved within 4-5 months even at Potomac so be patient, you will be approved hopefully before the end of year. I had filed I-129 also which really doesn't hurt your case but it may be beneficial but I think it maybe the reason I had faster approval. Mine was texas as confirmed with live agent. However it got approved in 5.5 months.

Having technical issues with the I-130 online. section where it says to upload name and address in native language. When I upload the document and click next and go back to it. I can not view the file anymore. I can see it uploaded etc. But can download it or view it. Anyone with same issue?
