Not all October people are getting interviews scheduled.... ☹️

After calling them about the Biometrics appointment, they mailed out a new appointment item. We have since received both of them. We are going to try and go in for the first appointment which is tomorrow and see if they will still see us. If not, we have to wait until next Thursday.

Hopefully we get our interview scheduled for shortly after. I will probably wait ~2 weeks or so after the appointment and start calling since others are already getting theirs scheduled.

Filed 10/14 had bio 12/13, no interview scheduled yet.

We filed mid-November, biometrics completed 12/10. No interview scheduled or RFE yet.

When does the status typically show an update for either 'interview scheduled' or 'RFE' once biometrics is completed and status has changed to "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken"? Around the one month past biometrics mark?

Try making an account and logging in through there. I was using the check case stats one and it would not load one bit. This is from Monday that I’ve been trying.

Can i ask what detail you get from this site over the older site? All I get on the above site is below. It has never changes. The older site has upgrade to "Fingerprints have been applied to your case"

Update: received a Request for Initial Evidence from the NBC on Jan.3. As expected I need to submit a long form birth certificate. Fortunately I read about such and now have it to send in ASAP. Hopefully next communication is interview. FYI I filed Oct. 25 but posted in this November filers group as other October filers were early in the month etc.

Hello,

I recently had my bio appointment (December 27th ) and the case status says : “”Case was updated to Show Fingerprints Were Taken“” . I’ve seen on the forum that some people received a different message after completing their biometrics (fingerprints completed ). So, I was wondering if anyone had received the same message and if it meant anything “bad”

AOS package mailed : Nov 22th 2019

Aos packaged delivered : Nov 24th 2019

Texts received :  Dec 3rd 2019

NOA letters received : Dec 8th 2019

Biometric letter received: December 15th 2019

Biometric Appointment : December 27th 2019

My status showed the same change to “case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”. Seems like tons of people got the same update and that USCIS changed the language for fingerprints. Doesn’t seem to be anything bad or negative about that.

Hello fellow november filers,

I received a courtesy letter in the mail about my medical exam today....anyone else get one?

I filed on 11/13 and had my biometrics done on 12/13. Hoping this means no RFE's!
