Interview was a bit after noon today and status changed to 'new card is being produced'! Never received EAD/AP card.

Had interview yesterday and was approved! Was left for review at the end of interview but was told would be approved. By time got back to the car online status changed to card is being produced.

AOS (I-485, I-130 & I-765) - Mt Laurel, NJ 

11/05/2019 - Package mailed

11/06/2019 - Package received (Chicago Lockbox)

11/14/2019 - Received text message receipts (for the 3 forms)

11/15/2019 - Check cashed

11/18/2019 - Received hard copies of the NOAs (I-797C) for the 3 forms with a notice date of 11/13/2019

11/29/2019 - Received NOA for biometrics appointment on 12/13/2019 (notice date: 11/22/2019)

12/13/2019 - Biometrics done and case updated saying fingerprints were taken (text notification)

1/16/2020 - Case updated saying my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

2/13/2020 - Case updated saying interview was scheduled

2/14/2020 - Case updated saying EAD card is being produced

2/18/2020 - Case updated saying I-765 was approved (104 days)

2/19/2020 - Case updated saying EAD card was mailed

2/21/2020 - EAD card received & notice of approval / Interview notice received for 3/26/2020

3/18/2020 -  Case updated saying interview was canceled (COVID) and that a notice is going to be mailed         -         3/19/2020 - Case updated saying case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

7/9/2020 - Case updated saying interview was scheduled

7/14/2020 - Notice received dated 7/9 saying interview scheduled for 8/6/2020

8/6/2020 - Mt. Laurel office closed due to hurricane Isaias. Interview will be rescheduled

8/19/2020 - Notice received dated 8/17 saying interview scheduled for 9/21/2020

9/21/2020 (Day 321) - Interview completed. I-130 update ''Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed'' and I-485 update ''Interview was completed and your case must be reviewed'' and ''New card is being produced''

9/23/2020 - Update saying card was mailed to me / Update saying I-485 and I-130 are approved

9/26/2020 - Received Approval Notices for I-130 and I-485

9/28/2020 - GREEN CARD received (Day 328)

 

ROC (I-751)

05/31/2022 - Received I-797C Reminder to file Form I-751 (dated 05/26/2022) 

7/8/2022 - Package mailed

7/11/2022 - Package received

7/18/2022 - Received notice letter saying GC expiration is extended for 24 months

7/26/2022 - Case updated saying fingerprints were taken

3/25/2023 - Received notice letter saying GC expiration is extended for 48 months

4/16/2024 - Case transferred to another office

 

N-400 (Mt. Laurel, NJ)

10/26/2023 - Case was received

2/28/2024 - Interview scheduled for 4/15/2024

4/15/2024 - Interview completed

We sent ours off last week and it was delivered on Friday but no notifications from USCIS so far nor was my card charged. Anxiously waiting for the full process to be completed! Sincerely hope it goes without a hitch without any RFEs.

12/27/2023 - Received receipt notice and biometric reuse notice. Estimated processing time: 6 months

January 2023 - Submitted I-751 via mail

 

AOS (I-130 & I-485)  from H-1B, based on marriage to a USC:

3/18/2021 - Card delivered! 
3/18/2021 - Card mailed 
3/16/2021 - Approved
3/15/2021 - New card ordered
3/9/2021 - Interview completed and your case must be reviewed. We will mail you a notice if we make a decision or take further action. (I had to go in with some updated and signed medical form as something was missing in the initially submitted form and they gave me an appointment for the following week)
1/22/2021 - Scheduled interview
1/19/2021 - Ready to schedule for interview

1/15/2021 (1 year and 2 months!) - Case status changed to interview cancelled! :(

12/9/2021 (1 year and 1 month) - Case status changed to interview scheduled

1/21/2020 (Day 73) - Case is ready to be scheduled for interview

12/12/2019 (Day 33) - Biometrics Appointment. Case status online updated to fingerprints received.

12/6/2019 (Day 27) - Called USCIS customer care and received an email copy of biometrics notice as I had misplaced the original one

11/22/2019 (Day 20) - Received biometrics notice letter for 12/12 biometrics appointment (No status changes in online USCIS case trackers)

11/18/2019 (Day 9) - USCIS charged credit card. Received text notifications from USCIS with case number (Checked case numbers to see following statuses: 11/12 - Case was received, 11/18 - Fingerprint fee was received)

11/10/2019 (Day 1) - USPS notification of delivery to USCIS
11/8/2019 - Sent application via USPS

Just sent my package today! Concurrent filing I485, I130, I765 and I131 from VWP. Nervous and anxious but hopeful that all will work out. Best of luck to everyone and keep us updated on your cases :)

Hello, hope this is helpful...filed Oct.23, used FedEx, received at Chicago Lockbox on Oct.25. Filing fees show processed Nov.7 and received our NOAs and receipts in mail Nov.12. Next step is they send notification of my biometrics appointment.

Me too! After sending my credit card information, I realized that this is the card (Citi) that transactions usually get declined for the first time (fraud detection) so I have to keep calling them every 2 days to pre-authorize charges to prevent the charges being declined.

Omg !! I paid with the same card too! It’s a credit card from citi bank ! So do i have to call them and pre authorize it
