  1. No I commented earlier in the thread. I applied only a week early and just so happened to get an interview quickly
  2. Hey! I had my interview today at the Washington, DC/ Fairfax field office. I was with a virtual officer in a room. I went for the N409 but was hoping it would be a combo since I have a pending 751. Unfortunately, he didn’t have my 751 package on hand so he was only able to recommend me for N400 approval. He said he would receive the 751 shortly and be able to make final decisions then.. kinda bummed. They never looked at any of my docs and didn’t ask my husband to join. Really hope it’s not a long wait!!
  3. Not quite! I got my greencard Jan 28, 2021 so I was only two weeks early. thanks!!
  4. Unfortunately he did not taken a photocopy of it so I don’t have that. We will file for replacement this week and bring that receipt. wondering if anyone on this website has had similar situation.
  5. Hi all, Unfortunately my husband lost his proof of citizenship right before our interview which is scheduled next month. Replacing it will take almost a year... Anyone with experience using a valid US Passport as proof of citizenship? For more content, we're applying under the 3 year rule and his current passport was valid since Sept 2021 (few months shy of three years). We have his expired passport that extends back 10 years prior. Any thoughts/experiences welcome!! I'm scheduled to be in the DC/Fairfax field office. Thanks
  6. Hey all! I filed for N400 Jan 14 online and today I received a notification that my interview was scheduled for Feb 27. But nothing on my pending I-765, which is making me wonder if I need to notify USCIS to request a combined interview...any thoughts? I filed after having my green card for 3 years on the basis of a US spouse. Thanks so much! Timeline for N400 Filed: Online Jan 14, 2024. FO: Washington, DC (Fairfax) NOA: Jan 14, 2024 Biometrics Reused: Jan 14, 2024 Notice for Interview: Jan 22, 2024 Interview Date: Feb 27, 2024
  7. And we’re on! Received my extension letter. Sadly at YSC with their insane wait time but no more stressing for now. Best of luck everyone
  8. Nov filer here! Nov 12: dropped off at USPS Nov 14: Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox waiting for them to charge my CC. I completely forgot about the text message form this time around so can only wait for the charge and the NOA *siiiiiigh*
  9. My informed delivery shows I was supposed to receive a letter from USCIS but it never showed up. I’m dealing with USPS right now… I know my 90 days window to file for removal of conditions is going to start as of Oct 28. Does anyone think this is a notice letting me know this? Did you receive a letter? Any help/ input while I sort out this mess is welcome!
  10. Ok happy you don’t care but you are not helping with my original question. I think it’s important as I’ve needed it for jobs and also like having all of my original docs. Which is why I created this thread…
  11. Hello I received my SSN while my green card was pending using the work authorization document. My greencard will expire January this year and I am getting ready to file for the ROC. I read somewhere n here you can apply to get an unrestricted SSN using my valid greencard but I’m unfamiliar with the process and forms. Any guidance?
