Good Morning,

I just want to you let you know that I just received a text and email that my I129F application was approved and I should receive a notice by.  Is there anyway to get the case number ahead of time so my finance can start filling out his application?

Thank you in advance!

Just popping in to say that I wish everyone the very best for June. Be it an approval, a RFE or prepping for the embassy phase. Thinking of everyone. I know it's a tough time, especially with a lot of us not being able to plan a trip to see our fiancés. We've got this and the wait will eventually pay off. Good luck for the coming week!

I received a text message from USCIS last night confirming our application mailed Nov. 2nd (received at the lockbox on Nov 4, 2020) was “received” and the check was deposited / cashed overnight. Our WAC (California since I live in IL) states 2021 meaning they are not honoring their delay in processing. Anyways, this is proof the hiccup was not COVID-19 BS but the Trump Administration racist and anti-immigrant policies (coming from a guy that married 2 foreign wives - hypocrisy at its best). I am following the new developments on Biden’s policies and looks like our fiancé’s can come to the US and wait for the process to finalize here - I still have to read more about the latest EO but if anyone here has some insight please share. I also tried to update our profile but VisaJourney seems not to accept the fact our application was accepted exactly 3 months later.

Sorry to necro this old thread, today 1/16/2023 I received a case update that our case has been sent to the State Department (NVC) for visa processing. It took just over 3 years, with the major delay being that my case was a possible candidate for AWA and sent to the Vermont Service Center. Turns out it was not so they proceeded with the approval. My timeline says my noa1 was in 2022, when I tried to update my noa2, it gave me errors saying that the time between them is too long lol. Any mods reading this, is there any way I can fix this properly?
