Hi everyone!  I cant stand my excitement! When i wake up this morning i saw an e-mail from USCIS and it was a short e mail saying that there is an action in our case and it was approved. i c

NOA1 is November 8th, checked the USCIS tracker app today and saw we got approved! was nervous seeing a lot of people have been getting approved but very happy to see ours joined the band wagon!

NOA1 November 6, woke up today and saw approved on March 10! I received a text but no email (yet).

VJ etiquette is that you use your native language in your country's subforum for Germany. When you are in the other general threads, we ask that you use English, giving all participants to follow along and reply to your post. Just hold your arrow over the person's nickname in their profile and a pop-up appears and, on the bottom, left hand corner of the box you will see "message" as a link. We are in a pandemic and the governmental offices and the embassies are running with a skeleton and in some cases are completely closed. There is little that will happen, or it will be slow at best until this virus dissipates.

170 days later and we just received notification of an RFE coming in the mail. I don't know what it's about but I'm definitely worried.... not the response I was hoping for. 😪

I know it can't be fun waiting for an acceptance and getting an RFE but on a positive note, quite the feat to hear anything at the moment. Wish you both all the best with the next stage! :)
