Hi Everyone,

I know this is the october group, but I am filing this month (Just got married last friday :)) and quick question, did you file the I693 with your DS 3025? Or just submitted the DS3025?

Thanks!

Sabrina

You don't need a new medical (I-693) with you file AOS up to a year after your medical abroad and your DS3025 is marked complete. If it's not complete, you need only the vaccination part of the I-693, but you can send it at anytime between filing and the interview.

That we are aware off, but his parents got really sick lately so we have to be sending xtra money that we don`t have to cover medications and dr`s fee...

You could try to expedite EAD BUT it is requires a job offer. Also, it may be approved or denied. Also, I have read in several cases that the green card came before the EAD/ AP.

Just an update! Received my NOA1 letters in the mail for the adjustment of status and EAD. I added my G-1145 form so I'm confused as to why I didn't get any mail or text updates.
