Good morning everyone! So our AOS interview is tomorrow!!! I have all the required documents gathered! But I have one question: We have proof that we have a legit marriage! We have joint bank account, car insurance, health insurance, correspondence, pictures, the house hold bills under my husband’s name who is the beneficiary, but we don't have an official rental lease because the owner of the apartment has been traveling and never has time to come over and give us a lease! But we do have a letter of agreement that is signed by him, my husband and myself! It shows the address, our  names and the agreement we made! Since all our correspondence, bills, my paychecks, bank statements, car insurance and health insurance show our current address, will that be sufficiently for the USCIS officer to consider that we do live together and that we have legitimate marriage???

Im up tomorrow morning as well. Good luck to you

You should be fine ! At our interview they did not ask at all for any proof we lived together and took probably everything your taking. It really all depends on the person who is interviewing but you have more than enough to prove your marriage is legit and live together. Sending prayers 🙏🏽

Whoops - posted in the wrong topic yesterday for some reason (I put it down to trying to post while getting things sorted). Had interview this afternoon at West Palm Springs field office today. Was bit crestfallen at first as the nice lady interviewing us said that apparently the Doctor who did my stateside medical screwed up dating some of my vaccinations. Thankfully I sent the original pre-Embassy medical docs with my I-693 and let her know, she said she'd check for it after the interview.

The interview itself was mostly just repeating answers from the AOS form I sent in and confirming I remembered my husbands date of birth. Doing the whole list of potential criminal things I haven't done. Then she thanked us and said she was satisfied enough to approve, just that the medical needed clearing. I was kinda bummed because I thought for sure we'd have to sort that out...

Then after the hour drive back I checked my case number online - "New Card is being produced". I guess she found the UK medical and it was enough. Yay!

Blah yes! I mean West Palm Beach. Same one as you guys, our appointment was at noon.

Kinda wished they had set the distance seating with a 2 seat then space arrangement in the waiting area, it's a little awkward with 1 seat for every 4 when you come in a pair.

Ours was at 1:45 pm! She asked no questions,  all she said was give me what ever documented you brought for me! No questions about relationship or work... nothing! She was friendly and made us laugh a lot!

I think it went well. Interviewer was nice we had a few jokes, very conversational. Asked all the legal questions from the form other than that asked how we met, if we wanted kids, what we liked about each other that kind of stuff. Unfortunately we didn't leave approved because my medical was over a year ago before I arrived and he said he needed to check with a supervisor to confirm. Other than that he said we would be good and should receive word by the end of the month. Of course Im hoping to know much sooner than that

I couldnt remember the length but i knew it was more than one year and I told him the same...multiple times. He said he does think they extended it but he wasnt sure since it was done in a foreign country and he would have to let his supervisor confirm😪 . hopefully they do and I get an update soon
