Hey! My husband just got an interview scheduled at the Paris embassy for November 6. The website says he can go and get his passport and visa himself after the interview when it's ready (instead of having sent). Has anyone done this before? If so, about how long after the interview is the passport ready? Thanks!

OMG, so happy for your husband! Mine is from France also, DQ on 10/1 but no IL yet😪

Our CR1 interview is coming up on Nov 5 in Dublin.  I've booked flights for my wife and I to the US on Nov 21 assuming all goes well.  Was that a bad idea?  I am not worried about being denied, and the price of the flight was too good to pass up, but I am slightly concerned the paperwork won't be returned in time.  Surely 16 days is enough time?

Mine is at 29 October in Brussels and my flight to the US is already booked as well. Funny enough I am also flying out on 21 November. 😄
