Happy holidays, everyone!

I'm sure we'll see some action soon. My birthday is in January, so any kind of movement in our case during January would be a great birthday present, hehe.

Joining in a bit late! We filed at the end of September and got our NOA1 on October 7th. Estimated adjudication is showing January 22 now. Hoping to see that NOA2 soon! I'll be leaving my fiancé to move back to the US on the 18th so would LOVE to have some good news to make the goodbyes easier. Can't wait to see others receive theirs too!

Hello, I hope all is well with everyone!

Question- I do not earn above the poverty line right now. I am currently seeking a full time position. In the event that I do not find a full time position in time to show a job letter and that I earn above the poverty line, will a joint sponsor suffice?

Maybe...maybe not.  The Consulate Officer will consider the totality of your situation.  The fact is, based on your post, you will have to have a joint sponsor (if allowed) or use assets (if allowed).  The Public charge question could be an issue.
