Yup thank you. My husband make above the 125%. That is why I am thinking why I am not hearing anything from them.

You still haven't heard from them? I read a few pages back that they gave a paper. Our IO didn't give us a paper but my online account changed to interview being complete and needs review so I assume that's the same thing? I hope they make a decision for you soon!

Thanks! Yeah the paper they gave me said the same thing, interview complete but under review. I just want to get out of this hanging situation. I hope everyone too. 🤞🏼

2 weeks after interview, still no update in my online account.😭😭😭

IO said she will just check if my husband’s income meet the 2020 guidelines. 1 week has passed since HHS released the guidelines. Still no update in my USCIS account. I am getting all anxious why. 😫

I see from your profile that you also interviewed at San Jose. When the lawyer learned who our IO would be, she wasn’t happy because he could be difficult in her experience.  He was a bit grumpy.

As you can see from recent posts, some San Jose January 2020 interviews got approval and/or card in production notices within 24 hours and others waited more than a week.

I think in your case it is just San Jose (which has a high case load) and a more difficult or extra careful IO.

Hang in there.

Question for those who already got their Green card:

When is the I-130 going to be approved? My card is being produced since Tuesday but the I-130 still says that “Case was received”.

I know it doesn’t matter too much but still is it going to be change to be “Approved” at some point?

Mine says the same!

Ha!   I think we had the same guy yesterday in San Jose!   He grilled us for nearly the full hour and gave our state certified interpreter a difficult time as well.   He definitely was taking his job seriously, which I guess is a good thing.   We definitely got our monies worth.  😉  Our case status still shows "Interview Scheduled".

Hi guys. How long does it take to receive Green Card after being approved?

Our card was ordered to be produced in January 27. It is due to arrive February 1 (Usps priority mail).

We have a cluster mail box and our carrier is notorious for mis-delivering mail or leaving the entire cluster unlocked and open to thieves.

I will waiting outside all day Saturday for that Useless Stupid Postal Service  carrier to arrive, and will be chasing after that carrier if there is not green card in our mail box when she leaves.

I actually ended up chasing the mail man around town to get my ead card back in September 😂
