I got my NOA 2 in 60 days no RFE and let me share with you what I did, with my Attorneys advice.

Intent to marry stack was like this

a) Get a quotation from any hotel for a wedding package. est date 9 mths out from NOA 1  (mine was Las Vegas)

b) Reserve a simple minister or oath ceremony 9 months out get the receipt (I reserved a minister + witness for $50 also Las Vegas)

c) I included pictures of dresses, bridesmaid dress pics, flowers, budget and prices and a wedding planner sheet.  1- 2 pages with pictures from the internet.

d) Design a powerpoint sample invitation card

d) the 2 signed letters - 1 for groom 1 for bride

Proof of relationship stack was like this

a) A cover page with table of dates, location, purpose

b) pg 2 and beyond, photos corresponding to each event in a).    For me I had 9 trips prior to application.  We are now up to 20 trips for the K1 interview.

c) Copies of Air Tickets, Train Tickets, restaurant receipts that correspond to the photos.  My photos mostly had landmarks or name of restaurant clearly visible

d) Email, apps or facetime pictures or logs.

I hope this helps you and future applicants or RFEs

We are before filing the petition and im very concerned now...

You think it wont hurt if we put a sentence after the regular intent, on the same page, like this:

"We plan our wedding after my arrival to the US in a courthouse, with closest family members, and after that we want a wedding ceremony with friends and family. Detailed wedding plans are attached to the petition with our text messages."

And we will attach the receipt of the engagement ring, and photos of it, and we have chats about wedding plans, pictures of possible wedding dresses, discuss about decorations, places, possible guests etc...

Damn. I wish I had read this before sending in our packet. I only included engagement ring receipt, and a letter regarding wedding and reception plans in addition to the 2 letters of intent.

Don't worry. We JUST sent the two letters and the engagement ring receipt. No wedding plans as that wasn't on the list that was needed. So I am a little worried but can't do much about it at this stage lol.

Just as a follow up with everyone. Today, October 05, 2019. I received in the mail my noa2. No text message, email, nor either site updated. What we did was a more heart filled intent to marry letter from the each of us. I also included a copy of my engagement ring  receipt and the two original letters that was initially sent. They received my response on September 12, 2019 as per the site. Thank you all for the input and encouragement. I appreciate you all. Now I need to get on with what's next while awaiting mcn(?) Number.

This is what I have too, I was just about to send the packet, but now am second guessing.

Did you get an RFE?

I just sent the simple letter as well, no receipt since it didn't seem like it was required. IF my application ever gets there. I'll let everyone know if there was a problem.

And there is no way that I should be trusted to make wedding plans! That is something that should be done together and it's unreasonable to have to provide that before your soon to be can physically be there to help.
