Exactly mine still says that they recieve my case ,and my biométrics was on sept 13

Im having the same issue I did my biometrics on Oct 2nd (Portland, Or) and it hasn't been updated to fingerprint review was completed. It stayed at fingerprint fee was received. I see that some of ya'll changed after a day or two.

How long did yours take to complete after the biometrics?

Checked the old site and was still saying fingerprint few was received... from Oct 1st... checked the new site and showing fingerprint review was completed...

It changed on the new site the day after my appointment and once they had completed the review.

It's probably something simple like "Birth certificate"...which seems to be very common these days.

Thank you. I am so tired of this process. They also hold the EAD process. I want to work!!!

Yup. Patience is the game. Wife got her “fingerprint review complete” notice on 09/25/2019 as well. Just waiting now :)

More than the green card we are looking forward to the EAD - new job pending this. Any tips to get the EAD at least sooner?

All the best to everyone!

Is it possible for a company to wait for you in this circumstances?

You can check uscis procesing times ,just choose the form and the office that is working with your case, your office is in your noa 1 ,then they tell you how long  it takes to process your case and wish month they are working with

That will give you a processing time range and a "Receipt date for a case inquiry". The "Receipt date for a case inquiry" is not when they are working now, it's the latest date that's officially outside of normal processing times. And the processing time range is from when they expect ~50% of cases to be acted on to when they expect ~90% of cases to be acted on.

To give an example here - at the San Diego field office, the "Receipt date for a case inquiry" is Feb 10, 2018 as I type this. Our NOA1 date was April 11, 2019, but our interview was September 25 (a month less than the lower end of the 6.5-20.5 month range listed for family-based AOS) and Anastasia has had her green card since October 2.

omg I saw this post and randomly check on mine. The status changed to be scheduled for an interview too! i can’t believe it! but then the EAD and AP status are still the same. does it mean as long as i get my AOS approved i dont actually bother to have ead and ap?

We’re still waiting on our RFE to arrive by mail, but we should be approved soon after.

looks like it’s around a 6-12 month wait from here for interviews though. Don’t get ahead of yourself people.
