I had a job but lost it due to covid19, the Bakery was not able to survive but I have paystubs, employer letter and searching for a job again. Hope that also helps and find another job right before the interview.

Anyone in the Baltimore or Washington, DC area? We have not heard a thing since our cancelled interview during Covid.

Timeline

Status has yet to be updated online but we received the interview letter today. We’re in Fort Lauderdale, FL and were originally scheduled for 4/20. Our appointment is now set for 9/24 with our first baby due on 10/12, hopefully he doesn’t arrive too early!! We’re so ready to finish this and don’t want to reschedule. 

Adjustment of Status

PD- 7/19/19

Biometrics- 8/12/19 (25 days)

RFIE- 9/13/19 (59 days)

RFIE Accepted - 11/13/19 (118 days)

Interview RTS- 2/27/20 (224 days)

Interview Scheduled - 3/2/20 (228 days)

Interview Date - 4/20/20 (277 days) - Cancelled due to COVID

New Interview Date - 9/24 (434 days)

AOS Approved- Yes

congrats. we have the same concern, my interview will be sept 28 and im pregnant due on last week of sept. we will see what will happen then. i am 45 mins away from uscis office here. so im getting ready for two events here for my interview and delivery of our baby. 😀😀

Received email today for interview is scheduled now awaiting hard copy letter original interview was April 21 2020 canceled March 30 this was for the Baltimore Md office.

@ds2, I think the link I send you is more abt sending AOS paperwork but if you scroll all the way down there’s a link for preparing for interview too

Congrats as well!! Wow, the interview is the week you’re due 😬. Hopefully your baby comes after the interview!

should I get an updated letter from my employer for our AOS interview i think all my letters are dated for March because our original interview was then. Our new interview is in Sept.
