HELP!...just again. We received notice RFE regarding income and not meeting the income requirement. However, I make over 100K per year so I'm not sure how this doesn't qualify. Could someone shed some light on this?

Hi GeeRaf- Did you send in all the documents regarding income requirements? W2s, letter from employeer with salary, Taxes etc? I also filled out the section where it asks information on assets just to be on the safe side (it says you can skip it if you meet the income requirements). What does the RFE says about income evidence that you can provide? We got RFE for birth certificate which was included in the packet but we sent it again with secondary evidence.

I only sent tax records. I'm going to get a salary letter and bank info. I worked abroad for the filing year so the amount of income I needed to report was low bc it was foreign income. Perhaps I should write a letter explaining such.

I tried to be safe and provided all the supporting income evidence I submitted with the fiance visa application. I suggest providing as much as you can even bank records and a letter of explanation.

In the USCIS website it says it takes between 4-6 weeks to update online accounts. Mine never changes to Biometrics review completed. It went from Fee received to RFE sent. And now on Friday is going to be 2 weeks since they got my RFE response and still my case didn’t update

The websites updating have nothing to do with anything.  They are so inconsistant and unreliable, I wouldn't worry about it.  Don't contact USCIS for that.

Depends on your office. It can get updated within 24 hours or even take a few months.
