Congratulations to everyone who’s one step closer! Been following this thread for a few weeks now. Finally decided to create an account a few days ago. Received NOA1 on July 22. Now still patiently waiting to be with my fiancée, 7800+ miles away. We knew it would be tough, but it’s tougher than we imagined!

We forgot to tick a box 😁

I'm guessing its part 3 question 4a

Most people forget to tick in the box....just like we missed ticking it as well.

Feel relieved the RFE will not take too long to be approved if we eventually get one.

NOA1 07/26/2019

Still waiting for NOA2

I called yesterday morning to find out how things are going, and the officer said: ur case is still processing, things look good and no red flag...

The waiting is giving some psychology problems u keep wondering why, what if, when, how long, maybe today,  ok next week and so on lol

Your in the K-1 thread and you are a CR-1 visa chaser. I'd suggest moving over to the thread that most aligns with your visa. Good luck with those psycho problems. This isn't a hard process and the only demon you have is yourself. Get a hobby to stay busy and not be worrying about something you have absolutely NO CONTROL OVER.
