You're welcome. Did you use the Lagos Embassy?
C&O on 2020-01-28 said:
All Nigerians will pass through Lagos Embassy
S&Pro on 2020-01-28 said:
oh ok. My Fiance was saying they have an embassy in Abuja. Lagos is fine just heard they are very busy and it's hard to get appointments so you have to wait several months to find one. But Thank You!
C&O on 2020-01-28 said:
Yes there is another embassy in Abuja but only Lagos consulate handles immigrants visa.yard welcome
C&O on 2020-01-28 said:
Wait time is an average of 3months from the day NVC gives you a case number but you can be pro active.
S&Pro on 2020-01-28 said:
Yes thank you! And by proactive you mean like checking the site frequently for cancelled appointments ? or can you already pay for the visa and complete the D-160 once the NOA2 is recieved before it gets to the NVC?
C&O on 2020-01-29 said:
Yes..you can do that once you get your NOA2 but to be on the safer side,do that after NVC gets your case.Ours was done as soon as we got a case number.

Got it. Thank you so much and wish you the best on the rest of your journey!

Hi, did you expedite your EAD?
C&O on 2020-10-26 said:
HI, no i didn't expedite my EAD.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
