Finally got through to a tier 2 and a biometrics expedite has been requested,  whatever that means.   Won't believe until it is acted upon

Tried to call USCIS yesterday again.  The Tier 2 agent was super rude to both my husband and I.  Still nowhere closer to getting our biometrics appointment.  Senator's office said they could not get involved until we are outside normal processing times.  😔 Feeling so discouraged.

Same here! The Tier 2 that I spoke to today basically just told me the same thing that was sent to my email last July telling me that a decision has not been made yet. When I asked for an explanation, he just hung up on me. So rude!!! It’s irritating!!! Why were you called a higher level officer if you are just going to repeat what USCIS agents can tell me?

What is the normal processing time?

Hate how rude they can be.... It's so frustrating and discouraging.

For EAD/AP it's 2.5-5 months so as soon as we're past 5 months, I am reaching back out so they can call.

I am so happy! This is the fastest things have moved for us during this entire process so far. We were on the longer end of NOA2 approval for K1 and had issues with getting hubby's SSN, which we still don't have smh. So I'm very thankful to get scheduled so quick.

I'm glad something is going right with y'all now! After the interview, I hear it usually takes a week or so to get the GC so fingers crossed y'all will be done with this mess by mid-September for the next couple of years!

Not at all. If you read through the thread you'll see there a good bunch of people that have not received their biometrics. I believe it to be more of an organizational issue on their end.

Your file hasn't even been looked at.  There is an apparent glitch in the system.   You should be calling in a service request

YMMV
