Ah ok. So no email notification. Of course 😁

I'll just go for it to believe mine arrived there with yours and will call next week to ask for the case number 😊

I just got off the phone with the non-immigrant line. I only waited 3 minutes on hold. You may want to try. :)

Hi @Greenbaum, I received my case number today and was also provided an invoice number. May I ask what the invoice number is used for? Thank you for all your help!

Invoice isn't used for anything K1 related as far as I know.

Sorry for jumping in, just making sure Greenbaum gets a beer pause 😊

NVC received my case yesterday, how long does  it take for case number?

Hey! Congrats! My case was received on the 25th and I got the case number yesterday, so one week. However, there are some individuals on here who are getting case numbers really fast, like within 3 days. So maybe start calling on Tuesday and then every day after that until you get it.

On the days I called at exactly 9am EST I got through to a person within 5 minutes. Yesterday I called them at around 11am EST and it took me over 45 minutes to get through.

Depends on when you are assigned your case number. And you are not out of the woods concerning USCIS. If NVC finds something that needs USCIS's attention then it returns back to USCIS so they can address the situation. NO! Hiding under the bed will not save you from USCIS. Big brother has your name.

Lol!!!    Still AT NVC.    Greenbaum,  I couldn't figure out the shipment information that you have shared.    How do we lookup NVC to Rio’s shipments for case number issued on 4/28?

If you read carefully information in the first post you should know that you use the date when you belive your case left NVC. For example 30 APR 2019A for the last shipment as well as giving it a bit of a time range bellow from 30th to 2nd. At the bottom you enter Brazil.

You got a case number 2 days prior to shipping so you'll be in the next shipment most likely.
