We should really have different threads for the different service centers as they are not unified and not on the same schedule sequence. Which to me is a big issue.

Hi guys,

My my case is not available to view yet when I entered receipt number on USCIS website.

I filled on 22/03 and received NOA1 28/03.

we called up twice and they said it’s normal as they are switching system to the online process, hence the wait to transfer the cases online. Also why they have cases number starting with IOExxxxxxxxx.

Anybody else experiencing the same?

Shoukd i I be worried? 😿

A few other people got IOE numbers. Try checking out page 10 of this thread.

How is that possible? Do you think it I because of this new online filling system? Some people wait for 6-8 months and some for 1-3 months?

I hope Texas will be processing march soon...

No. It's because Potomac has their things together and the other two don't. Nebraska is the worst in mismanagement. That's what happens when you remove metrics to gauge progress with the work force and the lack of leadership. Imagine going to work not having to worry about how much you output. You slowly start to work less and less. But in the real world you'll have a consequence of having poor service or product and the business hurts.

It's not like we can go to a second immigration service and be like process our paperwork because the USCIS sucks. And what pisses me off the most it's a user fee generated system. We are the customer.

hi guys.

just update here!

Since I am in the military, I called to request an expedite back in April, it took a while for me to get all the documents.

After I finally gather all the additionally documents and I drafted a letter myself and signed by my supervisor, stating I may deploy anytime soon (which is the fact) and some other stuff,

I send in the documents on 10th May, TSC received on 14th.

Guess what? I called USCIS today just wanted to ask question regarding to change my spouse's last name, they told me it is kind too late I have to ask to change when the file get to national visa center.

I was shocked, like wait what? why.

and she told me, because the peition is approved!!! on 16th May.

I am not sure if this because i have that IOE receipt number, or the letter from my supervisor actually worked,  but it is approved!

However, myUSCIS still have nothing.

Can't wait to tell my wife about the update!!!
