That's insanely fast 😮, most of us are gonna be waiting for over 8 months for NOA2.

Never heard of Detroit service center, but I'm no expert either 🤔

I guess this is for a different application. DCF? Or AOS?

I too seem to be in the same position as some of you. Reex, I am very new to this so I don't know exactly how to reply to your specific post. It seems that you and I have the same priority date of March 25. I too received an IOE number and my case was also sent to the Texas Service Center. I like you was a bit concern about this since I did not apply electronically. But I have been calling USCIS and an immigration officer explained that this is something new that they are trying, but it does not mean anything. It is simply just the way they are classifying these cases nowadays. If I were you, I would just give them a call to make sure they have your case in the system, and you can also use this time to ask any other question you may have. I did want to ask if you new anything about the K3 visa? I just learned that this can be something that can expedite the process of having your spouse here sooner all while waiting for the I-130 petition to be approved. I wanted you to know that we have that as an option since we are so current in our process. I am not sure if I will be moving forward with it, but will let you know if I do and we'll keep in touch!

Yes I did call them and they told me the exact same thing, and it is in the system. ( I was hoping that they would tell me they using new system to instant approve our paper filed petition using Electronic system, LOL..but A man can dream.)

i don’t know anything about K3 I’m sorry, I’m on CR-1 only. Hope other applicant here can give you some info.

ill keep you updated  on my status as well since our priority date are the same! Yay!

just FYI, Incase you need to reply to me, just hit “quote” under my replies. And I should get notification that you replied.

You should have another NOA coming soon. That NOA comes with online access code, and the guide to add the case to your online account.

Hi Rexx!

Sorry it’s been long since I last got on here. Thank you for your help. I now seems to be able to know how to respond to your comment...

I am totally with you on thinking that this new things with receipt numbers would make the process go a lot faster. I am so ready to have my hubby here. It’s been too long and life just keeps passing and there’s not much contentment in anything...

But anyways I won’t sound too depress haha.

Just to update you on my case. I just received another notice of action with my online access code. However I have logged in and can’t really see much of the status of my petition. I plan to call them to see if this is normal and also when I try and send them an email through the Sam system, it says that there is no receipt found, making it impossible to send the email. Have you by any chance gotten this letter with your online access code?

Same to me, I received my online access code like 3 days after NOA1, then added the case to my account, unable to see anything beside my NAME and ADDRESS on the webpage.  Like I said, they just told me to wait 30-45 days to see the status updated cus its a new system..

sorry for get back to you late Gemm...I actually have no idea what's happening to yours.

I simply just followed the guide on the letter, and add the case to my account succesfully.

However, no status updates in the account page at all, except my information.

Hi everyone,

Just updating those those who wants to

travel to the US.

I entered NYC on 18th April on my existing ESTA just fine. I scanned my passport on the machine and did not get an X and went to the line which gets less scrutiny, I think.

The officer asked me what was my purpose for entering and how long I was staying. I said to visit my husband and I’m staying for 4 days only as due back to work on Tuesday. He was like when was the last time you came and I said March. He said very friendly so if you are travelling every month just make sure the total time you spend in the US doesn’t exceed your time in country of residence and maybe apply for B1/B2 visa if you don’t want to have issues at border. He asked some more questions about  what I do for work and why so many visa and travels on my passport etc but all friendly vibe.

He did not mention anything about my pending I-130.

Do you guys think he could see my I-130 already? As I have just filed March 22nd.

I’m travelling again to nyc in July, wondering if I should get the B1/B2 visa he recommended.
