Finally join the club.

Got my NOA1 and priority date 25 March.

HOWEVER, as of today 7 April, I am still unable to check the status online, either through direct checking or myUSCIS account. Nothing comes up, and says"

  • My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283.

"

the receipt number is exactly as shown on the email, text, and NOA1 letter. Will there be anything wrong with it?

Wow thats odd that you got the text and they haven’t taken your money lol.

As for the processing center (Service Center) its on the text message as your receipt information. The first 3 letters would tell you your service center.

– EAC – Vermont Service Center;
VSC – Vermont Service Center;
– WAC – California Service Center;
CSC – California Service Center;
– LIN – Nebraska Service Center;
NSC – Nebraska Service Center;
– SRC – Texas Service Center;
TSC – Texas Service Center;
– MSC – National Benefits Center;
NBC – National Benefits Center;
– IOE – ELIS (e-Filing); and
– YSC – Potomac Service Center.

Mine is IOE...what does that mean?? I got the email it is being routed to TSC though..
