So we have Called USCIS, and told them we are now 30 days outside the normal processing time. We were assigned a case ref number and told to expect a call back within 15 days to update us on the status of our I-751 case.

Out of curiousity what happens if you don't pick up the call? I almost missed a T2 callback once because they called at 9pm local time! 15 days is an incredibly long window

What number do you call? All I ever got was automation. We filed in March 2019 and in august my husbands status was ‘ready to schedule an interview’. We’ve heard nothing since then. It’s getting frustrating!

Hi all, I went to my n400 interview on Feb 10th. (My i751 was scheduled for an interview for feb 27th) I passed the civic and english test and I informed her that my spouse is here but she said he doesn’t need to come and went over my i751 with me and said she will need to adjudicate that first but that I was recommended for approval. Feb 12th, my i751 was approved and today I received my oath ceremony date. I am so happy that this process is finally over and I wish you all luck!

Hi All- My I751 ROC has been pending since March 2019 and my N400 since March 2020. Just got an update today that my N400 notice of interview has been mailed. I am in Boston, MA. I'm guessing that the interview will also cover the I751 ROC part of it, whatever that means-

I filled my I-751 march 5th 2019 and my N-400 at july 8th 2020, I got an interview for both schedule. I am waiting for the letter to arrive. It took exactly 24 months, I only got this update after I filled a form to request an update on both cases, because it's being out of the deadline. I will update when my interview is schedule

Awesome congrats.Where are you based? Are you WAC?

I'm in the San Jose CA region, also filed March 2019.... Nothing yet (though I did get a notice recently stating that biometrics are not necessary for the N400, and that they'll use the past biometrics instead... so perhaps there's some mobility?)

I filled from Portland Oregon, they used my biometrics as well, that was updated last year (november 2020). Try to file a form to get an update of status in your case. After I've done that form on-line, 7 days later I got this last update saying that both Interviews were schedule.

Great, I'll look into doing that. Do you mind giving a link for this file form? That way it's on the record here and other folks can do that same!

Log into your account case, go on the menu , then fill the form for " Case outside normal processing time" , fill the form on the bottom of the page. I've done that and it worked to schedule the interview 7 days later. But my case was 24 months, yours must be the same time frame as mine. It doesn't hurt to try what i did.
