Hi all! Quick update. Got notification today that my interview is scheduled for my i-751 and also received a letter for my n-400 saying they will reuse my biometrics. I went in for an infopass Dec 20th and got an extension, the officer said I will probably have a combo interview so I hope that happens. I was waiting for an interview since April 2020, applied for i-751 March 2019 and n-400 April 2020.

That’s great news! Good luck!

Congratulations, Would you mind sharing that when did they Re-use your bio-metrics and what is your interview date. You can check it in your USCIS (Documents Tab) Just asking as they reused mine on 14th December and have not heard anything after that. Wish you good luck for your upcoming interview and please share your experience with us for knowledge sake, TIA

Hi! No i did not get an interview with my AOS. I remember i did not even receive a work authorization while waiting I was approved in 6 months for AOS. It was Texas service center and then moved to NBC. I am guessing it is the new rule making me have an interview this time.

Hi again everybody! I received my interview notice letter for i-751, it is scheduled for Feb 23th and I am at Orlando Center. I also got a notification today that my n-400 was scheduled for an interview also so I am assuming it will be the same day.

I am still waiting. Received my application on March 13 2019. Never received any letter but my case online updated on May 6th 2020 that is ready to be scheduled for interview. I'm still waiting and honestly don't know what to do. Extension letter was till mid December 2020 and I was convinced I just need to wait due to the Covid and that's what I've gotten from USCIS website to wait. My DL expired but luckily my state extended all licenses for a few months. I am not sure if there needs to be something done on my side? I was planning vacation to visit my family but due to pandemic and more importantly no official documents that I can I don't think it's going to happen. Any insights what to do? I'm trying to read the thread but there's so much info I'm not sure which one applies to me.

We are waiting also.  Its nearly 23 months since we applied. I believe it was August 31,2020 when we got notice our case was transferred to the National Benefit Center at Lee's Summit, MO.

We have called the USCIS twice since then, one checking on status, they said just wait.

Then we had to call back and schedule appointment to get the I-551 so my wife could renew her driver's license, at that appointment they took away her 2 year green card that was expired.

We are also wondering what is taking so long and why we can't get an interview scheduled. I'm not sure what we should try to do next.

My biggest concern is no official document stating my legal stay. I'm waiting, nothing else I can do I guess.

Is anyone else in our situation, case transferred to NBC Lee's Summit, MO, waiting for interview appointment?  Is seems this thread is growing more and more quiet.

I"m beginning to wonder if someone lost our case. I'm thinking I need to call and check with USCIS.

Sure there's something you can do, you can go get proof of your status if you feel that you want/need it. Then that's no longer a concern.

I believe @Lucky Cats wife is still waiting too, March 2019 filer I think? Either way, I would suggest contacting USCIS too. Certainly can't hurt, and it might even result in some movement. Ask for a Tier 2 call back, ask the Tier 2 about the process of getting the Ombudsman involved, they generally don't want that so maybe they make sure you get an appointment instead. Worth a shot.

So we have Called USCIS, and told them we are now 30 days outside the normal processing time. We were assigned a case ref number and told to expect a call back within 15 days to update us on the status of our I-751 case.

Hopefully it actually leads somewhere too. After we inquired about our i-129f back in 2016 we got an approval within a few days and didn't receive a call.
