Congrats to all of you who had their interview this week. Now I'm laughing, because my field office minimum waiting time for the intreview is 13,5 months. Probably I'll be still here next year and still complaining and those of you who had their interview now won't understand why me and some of us are still complaining. 😂

I’ll still be here 😂 for 20-30 months 😂😂 it’s good to read other interviews so we can be as prepped as possible!

I think you will be fine. He didn't request or ask for any proof of relationship at all eh? So different from the other interview posted here, where interviewer kept demanding "joint accounts in the name of the Law!"

Check your status in a few days, hopefully it will update!

It’s funny you said that, I had my interview today and everything was smooth sailing but the woman kept hammering us about more documents with our name together. The only one we have is the recent tax return.  She only asked us our marriage date and she asked my husband my parents name.  We have 4 pages of different pictures ranging from 2012 to now, and seems to be wanting text messages proof. She said she wants to see the progression of our relationship.  We told her we maybe married last year but I didn’t get my ssn until April of this year.  She said she will review our case again and decide if it will be approved or send a letter asking for more documents.

Hilarious, right? 😂 But, I'm looking at the other side now, like maybe we won't have to file for the ROC and that's sounds better for me :D

FWIW, I think the official USCIS time ranges are based on when about 50% of cases are done by for the low end and about 90% for the high end; they're very conservative. And for various reasons K-1 AOS times reported here usually are faster than the estimated time range at their field office.

Good for you guys. San Diego seems to be pretty fast. I think your wife will get the gc by September.

Wow, my interview was so different. I didn’t send any documents with my husband and i’s name or any proof with the initial AOS document and at the interview he said he only needed me Since we were already approved for k1 and got married in 90 days. He said I didn’t need any proof hahahahaha. It’s weird how different everyone’s interviews are! I wonder how they determine whether they want proof or not?

My husband and I were pondering this and maybe it’s because they’re concerned if we will become reliant on the state so they ask for more proof but if the spouse makes a lot more over what is required, maybe they don’t need proof? I don’t know... It’s a mind boggle to me

Exactly! I mean we sent 4 pages of pictures ranging from 2012 to now and she said she wants to see the progression of our relationship.  So the fact that our 2012 pictures doesn’t look like our 2019 pictures is not progression enough? Heheh I mean so from 2012 to now is not enough progression? My husband and I were thinking, if she wants all this medical insurance and other bills now, what is there left when ROC time comes.  We explained to her why we didn’t have enough as of right now.  We may have been married May of 2018 but I didn’t get my ssn until late May of this year.  When we got home my husband tried to put me on the cable bill and he was able to do it.  Then he told me the cable guy he was talking too didn’t even ask for anything other than my name, in my husbands head, so how can someone prove it’s a real relationship based on a cable bill.  We explained to her why we didn’t have utility bill, the house we are renting is own by my mother in law, so the electricity and water bill is under their names.

Okay, great! Thank you! I am a huge stress head and I can’t stop thinking about it. I went in an hour later to give my vaccination records and I handed it to the main desk in person but I have all these ‘what if she doesn’t give it to the officer’ questions in my head. I keep thinking of worse case scenarios 😂😂😂. I’m going to have a nice cup of tea and head to the gym to distract myself
