  1. Yes, for the enhanced driver’s license the requirements are a bit more stringent and they did request two pieces of residential address proof. Booked my passport appointment for Tacoma using online website, but there are other offices around like in Seattle.
  2. Had my n400 interview at Seattle office today and I’m now a citizen! Overall was smooth, although at first the interviewer thought I applied for my n400 too early and was suspicious because I filed the first day I was eligible. Minor hiccup. Helpful details for others that I hadn’t really seen posted: - parking is $8 and you need your license plate number (don’t need to put receipt on dash, but need to show parking attendant when you exit) - can bring friends etc to oath ceremony (and others put to the interview waiting lobby) - oath ceremonies happen ~20 minutes so no need to wait hours and hours. Can also register to vote after ceremony in back of room (lady has forms and pens). Recommend dressing up a little and taking lots of pics. - to study I just listened to YouTube videos of the 100 questions / answers while I worked out and had it down within a few days. - after you become a citizen recommend: > going to the DMV in burien and get an enhanced drivers license (took ~15 mins and just need naturalization cert, Social Security Card, current drivers license and two recent bulls with your name / address like electricity or water) > scheduling in person passport appointment (can book weeks ahead and can fill-out/print online) > visit Social Security office 10+ days after becoming citizen to update status of SSN (can’t make appointment ahead of time as too simple of a procedure per reps on phone) > I would also register for NEXUS as its only $50 and you get global entry thrown in (best to do once you get US passport)
  3. I751 (LIN Center) just approved on 9/7 with no RFE and no interview (postmarked 3/1/21 and received 3/5/21). Received notification of n400 interview a few weeks ago which is scheduled for late Sept.
  4. I751 just approved on 9/7 with no RFE and no interview (Filed 3/1/21). Received notification of n400 interview a few weeks ago which is scheduled for late Sept.
  5. Hello! I filed for the i751 on 3/1/21 (received 3/5) and the LIN/Nebraska office has been processing it (no movement after biometrics accepted). In the meantime I filed for the N400 and received notice that my interview is scheduled for next month (Seattle). A few questions: Should I expect a combo interview and if so will the lack of movement on my i751 hinder my N400 timing? It looks like Seattle has same day Oath. Do I get my naturalization certificate the same day? (I want to apply for a passport asap). thanks!
  6. Thanks! Didn’t realize I could sign in to see the full notice. Looks like I’m scheduled for Sept 27 (Seattle area), so I have a little over a month to study 🙂 Hopefully the i751 gets approved first and I can do the oath ceremony the same day as the interview. Almost done with all this immigration ‘fun!’
  7. I just received notice that my N400 interview has been scheduled and a few questions: - is the interview date usually in the near future (waiting for snail mail letter for exact date.. as only have online update which didn’t show scheduled date) - What types of things will be asked in the interview and does it include the citizenship test? If it doesn’t, when does that occur? - Should/Can my husband come to the interview? - I’m a Feb 2021 i751 filer (accepted March 5th). I am hoping to be approved in the next couple of weeks based on some Feb 28 filers getting their approval in the past week… but if it’s not approved in time for the interview what happens? If it is approved in time does that mean I can likely become a citizen fairly quickly after the interview is complete? Thank You Thank You
