hallo, everyone, I know someone already legally married in the USA, but he went to turkey and did religion marriage too, so he married twice now.

how can I report that to U.S government? i do not live in USA

Twice like two different people or 2  ceremonies with the one person? If it’s the first , then the second marraige is not legal unless there was a divorce from the first ..

if it’s the second, the date of marraige according to the US will be the earliest date. Already married .. can’t get married again like that.. second ceremony has nothing to do with USCIS..

Second marraige is not recognised in the US. If that person returns to the US they will be committing the crime of bigamy

Polygamy is the act or condition of a person marrying another person while still being lawfully married to another spouse. As this is the very definition of bigamy, it is illegal in the United States. For example, if a person has the mistaken belief that their previous spouse is dead or that their divorce is final, they can still be convicted of bigamy if they marry a new person.^[9]

You can contact District Attorney Office of the state the person lives in.

both american, but the second supouse is not american.

he did that bc planing divorce later and do marriage visa for her
