Hey everyone! I am preparing the AOS packet for my husband and I. He arrived Nov 29th and we were married Dec 28. I am getting confused about the checklist of required documents. Which ones did you use?

I am hoping to file i-485, i-765, and i-131 all together. I started them all and I want to make sure I am going in the right direction. I should have done all of this after he arrived but I think I was mentally boycotting USCIS paperwork so we could enjoy the holidays. Now I feel out of practice. :)

Thanks!

Hi !

Please find attached my cover letter. This is how mine looked and apparently worked because we already have an interview in 30 days.

Also look at the visa journey guideline https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos  to be 100% safe.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you so much for this. I really appreciate your guidance. I will cross check this with the instructions on the USCIS website as well. I just don't want to miss anything! Thanks!

They did sputum test on me but I came out negative in all tests.. when I get here they just gave me a paper with all vaccines and stuff but its all blank and when I got here they ask me to take the paper to a civil service doctor but when I took it there they didn't know what to do... so do i... do i have to get all the shots that is on the paper? I didn't get the shot in the Philippines where I am from my fiancee now husband told me to take them here instead

Yes, will I get text and email notifications?

I sent i-130, i-485 and i-765, will I get three separate ones?

Yeah, you’ll get a text and email first. Then the physical letter in a week or so.

Not sure bout that, i’m waiting for mine too, i assume it should be separate as they all are different applications. We’ll see.

Hi neighbor! When is your PD? If you're in San Mateo, you should be under SF Field Office. How long did you wait til you get your interview date? I heard SF Field Office is the busiest one!

Hey all,

I sent my package on Jan 18th, and got the case numbers in a week or so.

So far I have received a biometric notice letter (2 weeks after my submission), but I still haven't got the NOA letters. Is this normal? Or does it matter if I don't have the NOA in paper?
