We got NOIR need help

Well no, it's not going to affect it but consular can and will wonder why DV when you have a USC spouse. 

 

What exactly happened with your previous petition? You said you got NOIR, has that been finalized - ie - you have an outcome of the NOIR?

They revoke our petition because my wife didn't visit me after marriage now she visit me two times in qatar and we are hiring the attorney she ask our freedom of act information our all previous files and all the other documents then we will start the process

So, she has visited you two times since 2018? How many weeks total?

She came one time in 2019 for one month then she came last year in march in one month now she is planing to come in next year for one month

I know but not everyone is rich isn't mean if we didn't often see eachother I don't know how to make them understand we are waiting for more then 9 years now we didn't end our marriage we have true love we are suffering a lot since we are in this hell process trust me this is so painful I swear its very very difficult and its so hard to be with her but I won't give up on her till my last breathe

She met with my brothers cousin and my mom and we have a lot of new evidences so hopefully we will won this time God Willing 😊

After all these years, it's good to see that your marriage is still strong.  This has been such a long and trying process for you both.  I hope the new attorney will succeed in helping you.  Applying for the DV will not harm your I-130 case.  Good Luck.

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I live in qatar on resident visa so on this basis I was eligible and I already got the tracking number for it
