Select I-765 here and see the office selection: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

I guess I shouldnt have assumed you are a K1 filing for EAD under category C9 like the majority of us are on the thread.

The other FOs deal with different filing categories/different visa types. If you scroll near the bottom where it states the actual dates they are currently processing you will see what categories/visa types are processed where.

The NBC handles I765 applications for AOS applicants under category C9 and I131 applications for Advanced Parole only (not reentry permits etc)

Other service centres process I765 and I131 for other filing categories. You can scroll to the bottom of all of the service centers for I765 as an example, and select a different SC and see the different categories.

Yes, I’m a K-1 filer 😊

i just had bo idea what offices handle what. I wish they could process me in California, where waiting time is 2-5 months for EAD😞

Question - for those people who don't get any notification of "finger prints received", "finger prints processed", etc online - do they still eventually see updates online such as, "interview ready to schedule", "interview scheduled"? Or do these individuals typically at some point just get an NOA in the mail saying this is your interview date? It seems as though individuals that actually get the finger print notifications get more updates online in general than some others... just wondering what those who have had "fee for fingerprints received" for months eventually have their status change to online, if at all.

People have been getting updates on both old and new so I’ve been checking both and no update from my biometrics I did on 1/3 so figured I’d ask where you saw yours. I’m guessing your update is regarding the RFE?

what is the new site again?

Good Morning everyone! We filed for AOS from a K1 visa last month, NOA1 is 27dec and I had my biometrics appointment in Baltimore on the 15th of January. Yesterday I received a yellow “courtesy letter” from USCIS stating that my application was missing a complete and signed i693. The thing is I did not submit that as I sent my ds-3025 (vaccination documentation worksheet, completed and NOT expired). So at this point I am a bit confused, they are not asking to send anything over but to bring a new i693 when My interview will he scheduled. Has anyone received the same letter and could help me figure this headache out?! Thank you!!!

It's a courtesy letter not an RFE. It's common. They dont know that you've already submitted your medical at your POE. Your medical results are sitting in some file somewhere at USCIS and will be waiting for you at your interview when they finally decide to amalgamate your AOS file with the rest of your file at USCIS.

If you filed AOS within one year of your medical date and you fulfilled all of the vaccination requirements at that overseas medical, you wont need another medical.

Woke up and saw on my email that 2 letters from USCIS coming through delivery.😕 waiting for the 3-7 pm mailman. Meanwhile I fret about what could it be? 😓

No change to my case status on old & new website, or case tracker app.

Hello Everyone,

I have a quick question about taxes. Since my Adjustment of Status is still pending, I am not a resident alien, right? We read though that if one of the couple is resident or US citizen, the non-resident spouse is treated as resident alien even if she/he is not. Should we file taxes married/jointly/resident alien or married/separately? (In which case my spouse would file and would not because I don't have 2018 income abroad or in the US?)

I'm trying to add my paper-filed case to "my.uscis.account" so i can track my i-485 application and i keep getting this message

"There was an error syncing your case. Try again in a few minutes."

Has anyone else received this error? I've been getting this message for most of the morning..
