Good Evening,

Thank you for all the good info.  Just want to let everyone know that the approvals are flowing.  We just checked online and our case was approved, but no letter yet.  Guess that comes a little later.  Good luck to everyone else.  Is there any current estimate on how fast its taking USCIS to transfer to NVC?

Transfers to NVC are taking 2-4 weeks. Here is some information you can start looking at. I invite you to the sub-forum for the Philippines, link is below. Also, it wouldn't hurt to join us over in the March thread for NOA2 to NVC. Be sure to take a moment and become familiar with the first post in this thread where there are many items to be aware of.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.

Manila US Embassy states that a scanned copy of the signed I-134 is fine, if you don't have the original.

Thank you for the Info and thats good news that the Manila embassy will accept a scanned copy of the signed I-134.  Is the I-134 a mandatory document for everyone or only on a case by case basis as determined by the NVC or USCIS?  Thank you.

It's a requirement but the embassy does not have to look at it. More times then not USEM does not look at it. But we have seen some who have been asked for it. So it's best to have it with you for your interview. Other financial documents are required so read over the P3 carefully and gather those that are required.

Man I can't get over it approvals have been smoking October , November now December this is such good news for all of you. 120+ days approval times, that was unheard of back in May the norm then was 175+. Very good I'm happy for all of you and hope you all get through before this accelerated approval trend slows down again.

Hi everyone! I’ve been a silent observer on here for the last few months but can’t contain my excitement anymore as December filers are finally receiving their approvals!

NOA1 — 12/27/18

NOA2 — ??

I just spoke with a friendly Tier 2 officer. He was unable to confirm whether the background check was done but did say our file has been reviewed and there are no issues seen/no causes for any RFEs. Hoping that means a notice of approval in the next few days. We’re keeping our fingers crossed! 🤞🏼🤞🏼😁
