You need more time waiting. It's been 30 days since NOA2 and it takes 2-4 weeks for your file to be received at NVC and then another 1-3 weeks for it to be assigned a case number. Your case within "normal" processing time. More of this  is required.

That is one country that I don't have. Not many are coming from your country. Select your flag in your profile and take a look around for tools to know what needs to be done. Their are consular reviews and document requirements listed. When you get your P3 if you could share it with me that would be a great help to others.

Hey guys, can anyone suggest me what am I suppose to do, been almost 2 weeks for my case to be ready for interview, I haven’t received a single correspondence with the local embassy. I rang them today after 12000 attempts and finally got hold of them and they say that they don’t have my file yet, the NVC says they are no longer in charge of my file. Iv travelled miles away to come and do the medicals, yet no sign of my visa.

@Greenbaum can I schedule my interview even if it’s still  “At NVC”? I saw someone posted here like she was able to scheduled but like she just can’t print the confirmation due to not yet “Ready” status I supposed..

Been trying to check in the DHL tracking system but don’t get any results.

So your case is still marked as "in transit"?

No. The case needs to be set to "ready" before you schedule the appointment. You can complete the DS-160, pay the interview fee and once you have the hard copy of your case number from NVC then you can book the interview, complete the medical and also CFO.

We are still unable to access the CEAC website. My fiance tried from the States and was unable to access it too. I am now stuck on what next. Should I sit pretty and wait for the embassy in Nairobi to email us before filling in the DS 160 forms or what is the next step?
