NOA2 Oct 11th.

Spoke to NVC this morning 7:30am EST.   Nothing received yet from USCIS  "Wait until mid-Nov" (she even helpfully calculated the date I should call back).

Hah .... I'll be chatting your office again middle of next week, lady!!

I also asked if I would get notification on my beneficiary email address that I had submitted through their contact form.  She said their notifications would go to the email address that was in the original application.  (Doesn't mean she is accurate tho)

first met late 2016, met 13 more times since. Filed i-129 Apr 14th. NOA2 dated Oct 11th.

The batches you are speaking of is from NVC to the Embassy and NOT USCIS to NVC. They go everyday.

Great thanks for the clarification. MY embassy is Islamabad. Do you have the P3 for that? I've been trying to figure out when is a good time to schedule the interview, after receiving the letter from NVC or get the case number by call and then wait for ready status on CEAC?

I'm happy to be with here with everyone, too.  :)

I also signed up on the NVC website with my email address.  I  called today just to ask if maybe they received our file yet, gave the lady our USCIS case #, but nothing yet.   She was really nice and didn't even give me the "wait up to 6 weeks' thing, she said try back again in a few days.   I knew I was a bit early, we got our NOA2 dated  Oct 10.   I'll call again next week if I don't get an email before then.

Good luck!!!

I don't have a P3 but what do have is information that can be used until such time as the Embassy provides a copy to you. If you could share that with me when you receive it I can use it to help others who come behind you.

What is needed for the interview:

https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/ISL_Islamabad.pdf

VJ portal for your county's Embassy (information is old but maybe it will be of some use)

http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Pakistan&cty=Islamabad

Su-forum for your region. This is the place to ask questions of others who are processing through Pakistan, not here.

Will definitely share once I have it. Yes I've been lurking on the Pakistan portal. Hoping for a smooth procedure. For now I guess I'll wait for the case number since all my docs are already ready. 😁

Yes, just this year moved to Maputo. I was living in Quelimane for 3 years. I am a U.S. Citizen and my fiancé is Mozambican. Did you go through the K1 visa process previously?

We didnt do K1 - my wife was here on a tourist visa and we did an AOS while here - it took about 7 months total.  For this reason we are now doing an individual standalone IR2 for my step daughter as she wasnt in the country at the time of AOS

Our embassy is also Islamabad and I don't think they send any P3 to the applicants.

Got approved on the 9th and I still haven't been able to submit the "Ask NVC" form, it still says "invalid date of birth"  :(

Hi,

I mentioned this previously in this thread. Use the small calendar next to the input box to select the date. For some, if you put in digits in the window, it doesn't pick up the date and throws "Invalid date of Birth".
Try and let me know, so we could pass this along.
