My package was received on 9/26. Fee was deducted from my account on 10/2. Have not heard anything back from them yet. I didn't even know there was a such thing as G1145 =(, no idea how I missed that. I think I overlooked it since it is optional.

Does fee deduction mean everything was accepted or simply that they have begun reviewing my petition?

My package was received on the same day as you, Sep 26, 2018. 👍🏽 I received a text message and an email last night at 11:28pm. The email went straight to my junk folder, so I suggest you check it.

I have heard that when the fees are deducted it is a sign that you case has been accepted for processing.

Hi, This forum has been really helpful. I wanted to know that when I send my complete package to the lockbox in chicago how much supporting evidence should i add with I-130"?

What should be the supporting evidence? I know i have to attach marriage certificate, bank statements and proof of pictures.

You should send marriage certificate, any previous divorce decrees to show you were legally eligible to remarry, some pictures and whatever financial documents that you can that will show commingling.  That is not easy.  I can't be on her accounts in the Philippines and she can't be on my accounts in the states without personally showing up to fill out paperwork. She can't be on my lease because they do a background check and need her fingerprints and I can't be on her deed because I am not a Philippine citizen.  I was able to add her and my step kids to my work insurance but that is about all I can do at this point.  I have a scan of the insurance cards with their info included.  That along with the required passport photos and that is about my entire package.

Since I have been through the entire K-1 process and am now starting the CR-1, I wanted to let you all know that it really helps when you fill out your timeline here.  It seems that most people on this thread have not done that.  As we progress we will start looking at each other's timelines more and the more people who do that, the better the estimates are from the site.  They are not perfect but they are something you will be checking often!  Trust me!

Hi fellow September filers! Our NOA1 is 09/21 :) I’m the beneficiary and I live in Canada, my husband is a USC. Our case is at the Nebraska service center. We’re a little worried about the processing times there but hopefully it won’t take more than a year... Good luck to everyone!

CR-1s are looking to be around 7 to 10 months to USCIS approvals and another 2 to 3 months for NVC.  I'm worried that after that it will be another 2 months waiting on an interview date.  This isn't going to be quick or easy!   Hopefully that will pick up a little.

We're basically the same PD and we have the same beneficiary country so we might have pretty similar timelines. I hope Nebraska picks up speed! Good luck :)
