Petitioner appointment was 9/3/20 @8:40am. Spouse stated that some of his questions asked were
-When did we get married?
-How often do we talk?
-Questions about my employment/position
-How often I visited?
-The last time we saw each other and why I haven't been back? (COVID)
I did not accompany spouse to this interview.
Petitioner did not reference anything personal concerning the female who interview him as far as personality, tone or demeanor. He was handed several papers that he stated that she appeared to be typing in front of him. The typed notices referenced the 5 yr ban and the other notice identified him as substance abuser. He was also given a checklist with passport (?), Cayman Island and Jamaica police records and 2019 tax transcript to be returned. Police records were provided at NVC and on persons during interview.

Timeline Comments: 17Hi s007rrt... Have you received anything from them yet? No NOA2? Or RFE?
No, I haven't. My case was re-routed to a local office
I hope you get approved soon... this waiting is killing me.
Do you know why your case was re-routed?
hi, did you receive your NOA 2?
hi, did you receive your NOA 2?
Hi Karina, My NOA2 was received on the 14th.
Hi guys! Did you ever make it though the NVC process?
Hello have you received your interview date yet?
Congrats on getting your interview date you guys! Did you expedite your case?
No, we did not expedite the case. Thank you also.
Good luck today! Keep us posted :)
Hello sorry to hear about this denial 😔 Your timeline says 1 year ban but review says 5. Is it really 5? That's so long. For marijuana use..
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
